While you probably don't have a giant Tyrannosaurus Rex chasing your web page, (nor pending nuclear detonation) you are still interested in going faster. So is Google. Today Google has released a service that's promising to help you do just that: Page Speed Service.
"Page Speed Service is an online service that automatically speeds up loading of your web pages."

It's not often you see Microsoft and Google on stage together, so when it happens you might want to pay attention!
At the Velocity conference in June of 2009, Google and Microsoft joind each other on stage to discuss "The User and Business Impact of Server Delays, Additional Bytes, and HTTP Chunking in Web Search Presentation".
